The best way to start to make better coffee at home is to use the iconic V60 "funnel" coffee maker, a matching coffee scoop and 40 filter papers, this set has everything you need to make your first cup of filter coffee at home (just add coarsely ground coffee).

For those that don't know a Coffee Dripper is a piece of brewing equipment that you use with a filter paper on top of a cup or mug or a decanter. If you want to know how to clean it the simply remove and discard the filter paper and grounds in the most ecological way possible. Coffee grounds are reportedly good for the garden... but not oo much in the garden and the paper you could send to the recycle bin (but check your local recycling rules first). Put the dripper in hot soapy water give it a wash by hand rinse off and dry, simple really. Try and keep it away from dishwashers... Just a personal preference although they do say it is dishwasher safe.
